We want you to be fully satisfied with your waste management solutions, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused recycling bins in their original packaging. Please ensure all internal dividers and labeling kits are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the bin securely in its original shipping box, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent dents or scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
